Why Is She Stuck?
Here's what I noticed:
It's not that she doesn't know she needs rest.
She knows.
It's not that she doesn't understand she should set boundaries.
She knows.
It's that somewhere along the way, being needed became connected to being valuable.
Being productive became connected to feeling worthy.
And being the woman who can handle everything became part of her identity.
So even when she's exhausted, she keeps saying:
"I can handle it."
And because she can handle it, everyone keeps giving her more.
Until eventually, capacity becomes the problem—not capability.
She doesn't need another productivity strategy telling her how to fit more into her day.
She needs to learn how to operate differently.
